Appraisal/ Valuation
Valuation of sellers’ company
MOU and Due diligence by buyer
After both sides concluded a sale price, buyer can perform due diligence, which is optional with their own internal audit team. MOU will be necessary before due diligence.
For customers who need additional support for due diligence process, we can introduce our partner audit firms to you.
Sign contract
Company sales contract, Share transfer agreement and all the necessary ownership transfer contracts.
